Mooring buoy project

As most of you already know, one of the club's first goals was to install mooring buoys at as many dive sites as possible. Our motivation was twofold, one to help protect the seafloor from destructive anchoring and the second was to make these sites accessible to more divers. We have successfully installed moorings at Sunday Wall, Wain Rock, and Arbutus Island. There are numerous sites in our area and we will continue to attach moorings at as many sites as possible.
